TEACHERS TRAINING COURSE (TTC)

At Santhi Yoga School we provide a one month intensive teacher training course (TTC) based in the Hatha Yoga Sivananda Tradition. Our TTC is designed for students who are ready take their yoga practice to a deeper and more advanced level. The TTC is a unique, personal and transforming experience and in it we learn that everything we need is already within us and through practice we can access our gifts. It is a great way to discover harmony, balance and peace within and build awareness of the nature of mind, body and spirit. The course comprises of yoga topics required to provide astute students with a firm foundation to share their knowledge of yoga and yogic lifestyle with others and to develop and maintain discipline within their own practice.


The training includes Kriya, Pranayama, Asana, Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation

PRICES

Donations Instead of Prices

At Santhi Yoga School we believe in living our Yoga. We prefer to see ourselves as providing a service, not operating a business. We like to keep all cost and fees at minimum. We accept donation from our clients in order to maintain the daily operation of our school and practice as well as its proper maintenance.

People often request more information on fees or donations and we propose:

A minimum donation of 400 rupees per class (food is free with each class).
600 Euros for one month of Teachers Training, including food.

RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING
    THE COURSE

    • This program is not religious, non- sectarian and non=political.
      • The course covers yoga philosophy and lifestyle as well as yoga asana.
        • Students are requested to maintain a yogic atmosphere of sincerity and positivity.
          • The students are expected to maintain a vegetarian diet throughout the course in order to have the maximum benefit of the yogic experience.
            • No refund is given for the meals you elect not to eat.
              • Punctuality and participation in all classes are mandatory. Trainees should complete all assignments.
              • Meat, fish, egg, alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs and nudity are prohibited during the program, as they are counter productive to yoga practice.
              • The institute reserves the right of admission.
              • Students will be asked to leave if they behavior is improper or goes against the teachings, disruption of other students, behaving improperly or failing to attend daily scheduled activities. No refund will be given to students who have been asked to leave.
              • The trainees will take full responsibility for their own health and well being during the course. The school is not responsible for any injuries or other health problems that might occur.
              • Submission of the application form constitutes acceptance of the rules and regulations stipulated and acceptance of the payment and refund policy.

Outdoor yoga

We have a trip to a forest for some days as a vacation in between the course to relax and have a good time in the river swimming , a small trek inside the jungle to be with the nature and experience the energy of the nature with Sattvic food and sight seeing.
